Approach

First, we invest heavily in internal collaboration, knowledge transfer, and solution documentation. We then use this knowledge to engineer solutions the various functional scenarios that we encounter. Often this requires that we invest further in building special packaged configurations, customizations, and user procedures in order to best streamline these functions for the end user. As a result, we have a large repository of best practices and pre-configured solutions that we can easily deploy for our customers. The result from this investment is that we can deliver advanced functionality in a very repeatable manner at a lower cost to our customers.

Secondly, we don’t send out junior or mid-level consultants to lead an implementation project. The project lead on all of our engagements will be a highly experienced solutions architect. This helps ensure that best practices are employed and all of our collective knowledge is brought to your project.
